Event Coordinator, Entertainment & Gaming

Foodie Land is the leading food festival operator in the United States. Operating over 20+ events with a total attendance of over 1.6M annually.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, energetic Event & Vendor Coordinator to join our team and help manage vendor relations and event logistics.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, respond to inquiries, and follow up promptly.
• Process and track vendor documentation, including health permits, insurance certificates, forms, and other compliance requirements.
• Review and organize vendor applications and registrations.
• Curate and design menu boards and other vendor‑facing materials.

• Collaborate with the Event Management Team to plan and execute large‑scale events.
• Travel with the team before event days to oversee event build‑out and teardown.
• Manage vendor load‑in and load‑out processes during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct vendor inspections and coordinate with fire and health departments for compliance.
• Handle venue requests, rentals, and onsite vendor support throughout the event.

• 1-3 years of experience in live event/festival coordination and vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working on‑site during events (including weekends and travel days).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
