As one of the early members of our marketing team, you’ll take the lead on outbound email marketing while creating content that elevates the Digit Bridge story across channels. WhatYou’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead or support outbound email marketing campaigns, including messaging, list building, automation, testing, and performance tracking.
- Write and produce compelling content for web pages, sales collateral, product updates, case studies, social, and blogs.
- Partner with Sales to create targeted outreach sequences and enablement tools that convert prospects to demos.
- Manage and grow our Linked In and social presence to increase brand recognition and engagement.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics (CTR, open rates, MQLs, etc.) to guide continuous improvement.
- Support SEO through content structure, keyword usage, and ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to brand voice and storytelling that resonates with consumer‑goods brands and 3PL fulfillment providers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on campaigns tied to launches and lifecycle marketing.
- Customer Service Support:
As necessary, assist customers via email, chat, or phone, including problem solving and training. Work with the Head of Customer Success on customer‑facing projects. - Sales Support:
As necessary, collaborate with the sales team to work with prospects, including scheduling and demoing the product. Work with the Head of Sales to enhance and optimize outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Experience (Marketing Manager): 4‑7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience (Marketing Coordinator): 1‑3 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Proven success running outbound email campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Experience with content marketing, with particular emphasis on video creation and design.
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, keyword research, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Linked In, Facebook).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- An excellent oral and written communicator with editing and proofreading skills.
- A great teammate who understands the importance of company culture and actively engages with and contributes to that culture.
- A cross‑functional collaborator who is able to work with all aspects of the business to achieve results, including Engineering, Product, and the Executive Team.
