The Accounting Clerk manages financial records and office administration for Les Aliment Unique Foods (Canada) Inc. Responsibilities include accounts receivable, credit and collections, banking transactions, reports, and timely account reconciliation. The position also requires accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- File documents and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts receivable, credit, and collections
- Conduct banking transactions and prepare reports
- Reconcile accounts within required timelines
- Complete general office duties
- Bilingual communication skills
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent qualification
- Experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Quick Books
- Strong organization, accuracy, and time management
