Construction Equipment Operator

Position: Construction Equipment Operator Role
Join PNR Rail Works as a Construction Equipment Operator and play an essential role in our construction projects. Ensure the safe operation of heavy machinery and execute routine maintenance tasks.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year operating experience in a construction setting. Daily tasks include safely moving, loading, and unloading materials, as well as maintaining and repairing equipment. You will also signal team members and keep thorough records of equipment and tasks performed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment according to safety regulations

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance checks

• Signal to team members for coordinated machine use

• Keep accurate records of usage and maintenance issues

• Monitor job site for hazards and obstructions

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• At least one year of heavy equipment experience

• Valid AZ Driver’s License and clean record

• Strong understanding of safety protocols

• Must clear pre-employment drug screening
