As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations for various construction projects.
Your role will include managing teams, preparing estimates and budgets, and maintaining project schedules. You’ll be the main contact for customers and clients, ensuring all aspects of the project align with expectations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Ensure satisfaction for customers and stakeholders
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and quotations
• Manage construction team and delegate tasks
• Track project budgets and overall performance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous construction management experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective written and oral communication
