Shape community spaces as a Job Captain for HMC in Ontario, California. This hybrid role involves comprehensive project management from design through documentation while maintaining strong collaboration.
The Job Captain role is integral to overseeing small architectural projects, working closely with both the project team and external consultants. The ideal candidate will have a solid five years of experience and advanced Revit skills, ensuring projects adhere to budgets and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key to resolving conflicts and maintaining design integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare complex plans and architectural details
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with teams
• Support director in managing project staff
• Write and organize project documentation
• Review RFIs and respond to project inquiries
Requirements:
• Accredited architectural degree required
• Five years of experience in architecture
• Proficient in Revit, Rhino, and CAD software
• Strong skills in communication and team coordination
• Understanding of applicable building codes
Help HMC create meaningful community designs while managing dynamic architectural projects.
