Music Lesson Centre Administration Leader

Oversee the Music Lesson Centre's operations with guidance from the Director of Music Education. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of music education to effectively promote learning.

As the Administration Leader, you will be responsible for all operational aspects within the Music Lesson Centre. This includes teacher and student management, alongside promotional activities and complaint resolution. You'll also train and assess staff to ensure quality teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and orient qualified music lesson instructors

• Manage schedules for teachers and lesson rooms

• Promote and enhance visibility for the Music Lesson Centre

• Register students and uphold attendance standards

• Evaluate teacher performance for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Three years of instrumental music study experience

• Comprehensive understanding of music education

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Demonstrated customer service and sales acumen
