Position: GameSim Environment Artist/Generalist Role
Join Game Sim as an Environment Artist/Generalist, dedicated to crafting exceptional 3D environments with a range of art styles. Flexible work options are available for this position.

We are building a candidate pipeline at Game Sim for Environment Artists with solid technical judgment and hands-on art skills. This role encompasses a mix of asset creation, world-building, and workflow documentation in Unreal Engine. Ideal candidates would thrive in collaborative settings and be eager to grow toward leadership roles while ensuring consistent asset quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create diverse environmental art, props, and materials

• Assemble and optimize assets in Unreal Engine

• Review and translate feedback into actionable tasks

• Maintain quality standards across assets and teams

• Assist in refining production workflows and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in 3D art within game production

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine and industry-standard tools

• Strong artistic eye for diverse visual styles

• Ability to adapt high-level direction into clear tasks

• Good communication skills for team collaboration
