Position: Advanced Care Paramedic with Medavie

You will be responsible for the assessment and transportation of patients who require urgent care. Working collaboratively with other paramedic professionals, you will oversee patient safety through every aspect of emergency medical service. Maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability is crucial in this public-facing role where communication is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver urgent medical treatment in emergency scenarios

• Ensure secure and safe patient transport to care facilities

• Coordinate effectively with PCPs and ICPS teams

• Exhibit leadership in decision-making and shift management

• Actively promote a culture of safety and professionalism

Requirements:

• PEI Paramedic License and current CPR certification

• Class 4 Driver's License and recent driver's abstract

• Valid ACLS certification and CEVO course completion

• Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector screening

• Ongoing education and additional certifications valued
