The Corporate Continuous Improvement team is seeking a customer-focused Data Analyst. This position will enable you to partner with business leaders to identify operational challenges and craft data-driven solutions. You’ll manage an enterprise data lake and oversee secure data access, ensuring governed access for key insights across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to address operational challenges

• Educate staff on analytics tools and best practices

• Develop and evolve the enterprise data lake

• Manage user security and access controls

• Deliver insights across Health & Safety and more

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 2–5 years of analytics or data management experience

• Experience with AI, data lakes, or analytics tools

• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
