Position: Harvesting Team Member for Greenhouse
Take on the role of Temporary Harvester and contribute to plant operations within a fast-paced greenhouse environment. You'll be integral to harvesting, trimming, and maintaining workspace cleanliness to meet production goals.

In collaboration with the Harvest Team Lead/Supervisor, you will operate machinery like the Twister and ensure optimal plant quality. Responsibilities extend to sanitation duties and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim and harvest plants using tools and manual skills

• Operate Twister machines and maintain cleanliness

• Address and manage product quality concerns

• Execute regular cleaning and sanitation tasks

• Keep work areas organized to meet SOPs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Exceptional attention to detail and instruction-following skills

• Must lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Willing to work in variable temperature environments

• Age 19 or older with clean criminal record
