Community Pediatric Nurse Position

Pursue a rewarding role as a Pediatric Community Nurse with Para Med in Scarborough. Focus on providing essential healthcare to children both in schools and homes across the community.

As a Pediatric Community Nurse RN/RPN, you will conduct shifts and visits aimed at ensuring children feel comfortable s full time position also requires involvement in adult nursing services. You will join a supportive team dedicated to fostering therapeutic relationships and providing high-quality care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess health needs using defined techniques

• Implement and adjust individualized care plans

• Engage families through a collaborative approach

• Record patient information and care plans accurately

• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Must hold CNO registration as a Nurse

• Valid driver’s license with transportation access

• Experience in pediatric fields preferred

• Strong assessment and communication abilities

• Commitment to providing compassionate care
