As a full-time Residential Support Worker, you will facilitate access to shelter options and collaborate with community services to prevent homelessness. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle support line inquiries and callbacks

• Implement strategies to prevent homelessness

• Complete and maintain accurate intake records

• Communicate regularly with emergency shelters

• Liaise with community support and service organizations

Requirements:

• High school diploma with specialized social service training

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

• Knowledge of PEI housing supports and resources

• At least three months of frontline social service experience

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
