Would you like to join a company on a human scale? We are offering a position for an ASSISTANT WORKSHOP MANAGER (M/F) in the Butter/UHT department, which employs 20 people.

• Ensure daily monitoring of workshop production
• Identify, analyze and carry out a malfunction diagnosis with implementation of corrective actions
• Participate in the development of safety, performance and quality cultures of the teams
• Carry out staff and equipment schedules
• Participate in improvement projects on different processes
• Contribute to a good social climate and team motivation
• Participate in the training and skills development of teams

You have a Bac +2 qualification or 5 years of experience in a similar position.
