You will operate state‑of‑the‑art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high‑quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions.

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights 5:00 pm – 5:00 am; Days 5:00 am – 5:00 pm)

• Transfer finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
• Package/label rolls per customer specifications
• Remove scrap
• Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co‑workers

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening
• Forklift experience required

• 2‑5 years of forklift experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

• $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
