Maintenance Technician

Greenleaf Foods, a leading producer of plant-based healthy foods, is looking for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (8:30 pm - 7:00 am). The role involves performing maintenance activities necessary to keep the physical plant (buildings, grounds, and equipment) in operational condition, including preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs. Additional tasks support safe and productive manufacturing of quality products to meet company goals.

• Adhere to HACCP guidelines, SQF, and Good Manufacturing Practices, following all sanitation and process procedures.
• Ensure maintenance activities support food safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns reported to maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility and processing equipment as assigned.
• Submit parts and service requests as needed.
• Respond to off-shift emergency situations and participate in on-call rotation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, shop tools, and equipment.
• Develop skills through training and self-initiative.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.

• High School Diploma or Technical School Associate's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment.
• Experience with cutting, welding, machining, and fabricating.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry is desired.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Own general hand tools.
• Must obtain Waste Water Treatment Operator License Level 1 within 60 days of employment.
• Must obtain Boiler Special license within 90 days of employment.

Pay: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour. Expected hours: 40 per week.
