Franklin Transit Management, Inc (FTM) is currently seeking full-time and part-time transit bus drivers for the Turner Falls Transit. Schedules may include working on weekends and shift times vary. Full‑time employees are scheduled 40 hours per week with 2 consecutive days off. All employees receive 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, personal and sick time, health benefits, vacation time, and life insurance.

Some benefits are also available to part‑time employees.

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned vehicles on fixed‑route or paratransit schedules.
• Interact with passengers and answer questions concerning service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with passenger safety and emergency procedures.

• Valid Class B Massachusetts Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement; CDL training for some employees may be provided.
• Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred, no air brakes restriction.
• Valid Class D license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to obtain Federal DOT Medical Certificate.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Passion drug screen and comprehensive background check, including motor vehicle check to DOT standards.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
