Position: General Clerk I with Security Clearance
Location: Poplar

Koniag Advisory Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a General Clerk I to support KABS and our government customer at Poplar, MT. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act. We are seeking a detail-oriented General Clerk I to provide essential administrative support for the Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program within the Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS). This position plays a crucial role in supporting patient care coordination and maintaining efficient office operations. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: PRC Program Support:
* Complete and maintain applications for Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program
* Process PRC documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist patients with PRC application procedures and requirements Communications & Customer Service:
* Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate PRC staff
* Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Obtain and provide information regarding patient billing, charges, payments, and outstanding account balances
* Respond to routine inquiries in a timely and accurate manner Administrative Duties:
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel
* Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
* Support general office operations as needed Patient Transportation Coordination:
* Control and assign travel arrangements for patient transport
* Maintain accurate trip logs and transportation documentation
* Coordinate with transportation providers and track patient travel requirements Security Clearance:
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust
