RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Automotive Technician at American Garage, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for cars and light trucks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and equipment, such as brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions.
• Conduct inspections and testing of vehicles to identify potential problems or safety issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service tasks by meeting required deadlines and possessing time management skills.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, following established procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new technologies related to automotive maintenance and repair.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, explaining repairs or services, and offering recommendations.
• Ability to communicate with Service Managers/Advisors
