Deep Creek Builders LLC is looking for a hands‑on, dependable Foreman to join our Field Operations team. This key leadership role will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring residential siding and exterior projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. • Supervise field crews on residential siding and exterior projects.
• Evaluate daily job progress and maintain timelines and budgets.
• Read and interpret blueprints and residential home plans.
• Communicate with team members and project managers to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor activity.
• Monitor worksite cleanliness and enforce daily organization.
• Complete daily reports, documenting job progress and crew performance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or siding.
• Prior field supervision or crew lead experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently.
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Competitive hourly pay: $28–$34/hour

Full‑Time:
Monday to Friday
Weekend and Overtime work may be required based on project needs.

Projects are based in the regional service area of Deep Creek Builders LLC.
Travel is required to various job sites throughout the area.
