Established construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent with ground up experience. Great Pay & Benefits.

Position Overview: The Project Superintendent oversees and manages all on site activities for assigned projects. This includes overseeing company staff as well as subcontractors, working with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality construction, and maintaining a safe work site.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Create project plan along with Project Manager
• Assist in subcontractor selection, manage selected subcontractors
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are being adhered to on site
• Create and update 4‑week schedules
• Create RFIs
• Be the point person on site for quality control and safety
• Develop progress schedules and documentation
• Interpersonal management on all on site personnel
• Lead regular meetings with staff and subcontractors

Required Qualifications:

• Previous lead superintendent experience
• Ground up build on $2M+ projects
• Residential or commercial construction experience
• Procore
• RFI experience
