Blue Mountain Builders LLC is seeking an experienced and driven On‑Site Foreman to lead the construction of high‑end residential homes from foundation through completion. This full‑time role requires a hands‑on builder with strong leadership skills, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to manage a small crew efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, builds with precision, and ensures projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

• Lead all phases of residential construction on‑site, from foundation to final completion
• Supervise and manage a crew of 2–3 workers focusing on quality and efficiency
• Ensure construction is square, level, plumb, and built to high standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials for each phase of construction
• Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with company leadership
• Resolve construction challenges with minimal supervision
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met or exceeded
• Perform hands‑on carpentry and general construction as needed

• Minimum 8 years of experience in residential construction
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage projects independently
• Strong skills in framing, finishing, and full‑scope home building
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong problem‑solving, time management, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment year‑round
