Concierge – Winter 25‑26 Season (Seasonal)

Employment Type

Seasonal, Full‑time (November 17 – April 12)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting, acknowledging, and assisting every member and guest in a welcoming environment.
  • Represent Yellowstone Club professionally and ensure all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
  • Apply all property‑wide procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment. In an accident or emergency, seek medical care and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
  • Foster a positive working environment through respectful relationships with all company employees.
Essential Job Functions
  • Learn and understand software systems for the member database, ski passes, and vehicle cards.
  • Gather, manage, and update member and guest visit information; correct errors and create access cards.
  • Understand and complete guest registration requirements.
  • Manage registrants and visit data within the Access Dashboard.
  • Answer and address member, guest, prospect, and interdepartmental inquiries by email and telephone.
  • Initiate interaction with members, guests, and prospective members to obtain and disperse information.
Other Duties
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established club policies, procedures, and standards of service.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Treat members, guests, vendors, and co‑workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain privacy of members and club visitors at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with teammates, supervisors, and managers.
  • Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to members and guests at all times.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours above and beyond posted shifts may be required due to business demands.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Experience working at a large club, resort, or private facility.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Able to help train and lead teammates and coworkers in day‑to‑day job requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience learning and navigating software programs quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The work environment is typically performed in a climate‑controlled environment. Employees may be required to work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, or inclement weather as business demands dictate. Employees frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, operate a computer, lift up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, talk, and hear. Employees constantly use hands and fingers to handle, hold, or lift items and use vision to perform activities such as determining accuracy and thoroughness of work.
