General Cardiologist

Overview Responsibilities

• Provide four days per week of ambulatory cardiology clinic coverage in Dillon, MT.
• Supervise and interpret echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and heart rhythm monitors.
• Supervise Device Clinic appointments and Ambulatory NP and Follow Up cardiology appointments.
• Represent the Providence Heart Institute as a cardiac care provider and an ambassador for the programs.
• Offer education to peers in rural communities to support team building.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Missoula and Hamilton to deliver coordinated care.
• This is not a hospital position and does not require call; there is optional involvement in call if desired.

• 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
• Board-eligible or board-certified General Cardiologist.
• Formal training and expertise in echocardiography is a plus.
