We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in Dillon, South Carolina
. This position is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating phone call only (1:10), supporting an excellent work–life balance.
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills
