We’re looking for a Junior Community Manager to be the day-to-day face of our Swedish community.
Our Swedish sites have active member communities with tournaments, achievements and rewards, and we work closely with streamers and across social media and Discord to stay close to our users. In this role, you’ll keep our member features running smoothly behind the scenes, help members when something goes wrong, and be present wherever our community talks. You’ll also listen, and turn what the community says into clear feedback the team can act on.
This is a broad, hands-on role. It suits someone who likes variety, is organised enough to keep many small things running at once, and enjoys spending time in online communities.
What you’ll do- On-Site Moderation & Content:
Review and moderate user comments in line with our moderation guidelines, review submitted testimonials for accuracy and compliance, and select featured testimonials for the homepage. - Tournaments:
Set up new tournaments ahead of launch (dates, format, eligible games and prize structure), monitor live tournaments and leaderboards, and contact winners and send out gift card prizes. - Achievements & Shop:
Set up new achievements and maintain existing ones, update shop items, availability and configuration, and manage shop content such as descriptions, images and banners. - Member Support:
Help logged-in members with questions about their account, tournaments, achievements, shop purchases and prizes, solving what you can directly and escalating the rest to the right owner. - Social Media, Discord & Streams:
Be active and reply to comments across our social channels and Discord, and take part in our streamers’ live streams (mainly on Twitch), answering questions in chat and supporting the streamer and moderators. - Process Improvement & AI:
Spot gaps and repetitive manual work in our admin and community processes, explore how AI and automation can help (for example in moderation or prize handling), and work with Product and Tech to test and roll out improvements. - Community Insight:
Report regularly to the Market Operations Manager and Country Lead on what the community is saying, including sentiment, recurring issues, feature requests and ideas.
- Native-level Swedish and good written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of slots and live casino, how games, providers and features work, and how players talk about them.
- Knowledge of Swedish gambling regulation and responsible gambling principles.
- Strong written communication, with a friendly tone that still holds a line when moderating.
- A real interest in online communities, gaming, streaming or iGaming. You know how Twitch chat, Discord servers and comment sections actually work.
- Organised and detail-focused, with good judgement on when to handle something yourself and when to elicit.
- Comfortable working some evenings and weekends when streams and tournaments are live.
- Experience in community management, moderation, customer support or social media, including from your own channels or volunteer work.
- Experience with a CMS or back-office tools.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or Claude) and no-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier or Make).
- Knowledge of sports betting.
Comments, testimonials and member queries are handled on time, tournaments, achievements and shop updates go live without errors, and winners receive their prizes without chasing.
You’re a familiar, trusted presence in streams, on Discord and on social, the team gets a regular, useful picture of what the community wants, and you bring ideas that save real time in how we work.
Responsible gamblingCommunity work in our industry comes with responsibility. You’ll never encourage…
