Showdown Montana, established in 1936, is Montana's oldest ski area and offers a unique ski and snowboard experience with four lifts accessing 640 acres of skiable terrain and annual snowfall of 280 inches. We also own and operate a 32-room hotel in nearby White Sulphur Springs. Due to recent growth and impending expansion, we’re looking to hire an experienced Financial Manager.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Neihart, MT. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role also involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making. Additionally, the Finance Manager will coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes and provide financial insights.

• Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Preparing Financial Statements
• Strong skills in managing financial records and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across departments
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools including Quickbooks Online and Excel
