Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a service unit in Lame Deer, Montana. This 1099 contract position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Location: Lame Deer, MT 59043

Contract Length: 1 Year

Compensation: $60/hour - $2400/weekly

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Setting: Service Unit

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and strength.
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Montana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS Certification required.
• Prior experience in a service unit or clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
