Job Summary

Personal Care Aide (PCA) at Addus Home Care supports clients in their homes with daily living activities, including meal preparation, exercise, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. We offer competitive wages up to $24.70 per hour, flexible scheduling, and a range of benefits.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.
• Travel from home to home as part of routine assignments.

• Current PCA or CNA training is preferable; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Complete our 16‑hour training course, which meets the educational requirement for the position at no cost.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if driving for the company).

• Earn up to $24.70 per hour, with bonus opportunities.
