• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.
• Travel between client homes to provide personalized care.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate client progress to the care team.

• Current PCA or CNA certification, or willing to complete a 16‑hour training course at no cost.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record if driving is required.
