The Regional Clinical Training Manager at Orange Twist plays a pivotal dual‑role encompassing both clinical training and direct patient care. This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction across designated Orange Twist locations. As a leader and mentor, the Regional Clinical Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee adverse event responses, and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures.
Simultaneously, this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and other non‑invasive procedures, ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best‑in‑class care and results.

5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
Compensation$70+/hourly (base on experience and role) with incentive and commission
What You Will Do- Training:
- Provide clinical leadership to ensure that Orange Twist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practices
- Coach, train, and mentor providers and clinical staff. Provide clinical guidance and answer medical questions as they arise
- Issue approvals/sign‑offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skill
- Support the development of treatment protocols when needed
- Ensure adherence to all Orange Twist protocols and policies by clinical staff
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring
- Support adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.)
- Support efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board)
- Manage regional clinical staff performance, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action processes
- Ensure consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across Orange Twist
- Facilitate live clinical training and education
- Teach injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers)
- Train on all Orange Twist treatment modalities.
- Train on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication management
- Provide hands‑on training during workshops or private sessions
- Aesthetic Provider:
- Conduct consultations and develop treatment plans
- Perform Good Faith Exams
- Administer injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc.
- Document treatments and patient progress
- Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑care
- Manage any side effects or complications
- Stay trained and certified on all current treatments and technologies
- Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant
- OR
- Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- AND
- Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State
- 2+ years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi‑location practice setting
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident management
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
