A Pharmacist position(s) will be providing outpatient and ambulatory pharmaceutical care to the local tribal community

• Chart and Order Review:
  Screen patient medical charts and cross-reference new medication orders with lab results, vital signs, and recorded allergies.
• Dispensing and Accuracy:
  Process, fill, and double-check prescriptions to ensure the correct drug, dosage, and form are dispensed.
• Patient Care and

  Counsel patients on proper medication therapy, administration, and potential side effects.

  Work closely with medical providers and the broader clinic team to optimize patient drug therapies.
• Clinical Safety:
