Schedule: Full-Time (varied shifts based on facility needs)
Contract Length: 3 months – 1 year
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Crow Service Unit. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide essential diagnostic imaging services to an underserved community while working in a collaborative hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate patient data collection
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain exam processes
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Accurately document imaging results in electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support patient diagnosis and care
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or ARRT (Sonography)
- Active certification and registration
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
