Food & Beverage Assistant Manager – Pursuit Collection
Location:
East Glacier Park, MT
- Assist in the management of all aspects of dining room and bar operations, including inventory, scheduling, ordering, discipline, etc.
- Maintain federal and state standards for safe alcohol and food service.
- Ensure team appearance and presentation standards are upheld.
- Implement sales goals and other incentive-based programs for the service team.
- Expedite orders.
- Provide coaching and training to advance skills of the service team.
- Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
- Assist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets.
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2‑4 years experience in a high‑volume restaurant and bar supervisory position required; banquet experience is a plus.
- Restaurant/Hospitality Management degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Inventory and product ordering preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality POS systems expected.
- Knowledge in kitchen operations, cooking, and order timing expected.
- Knowledge of food, liquor, and labor cost controls expected.
- Work‑ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team.
- Commit to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards.
- Be organized with a great eye for detail.
- Be kind to others and always bring your best.
- Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.
The starting wage for this role is $22.00/hour.
