Public Area Attendant

First impressions set the tone for a guest’s entire experience. As a Public Area Attendant, you will help keep public spaces pristine, vacuuming lobbies, spot‑cleaning windows, tidying restrooms, and handling deep cleans. You’ll work across indoor and outdoor areas, often independently, and must bring a strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and high standards of guest service.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout resort buildings
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal
• Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times
• Provide warm and helpful interactions when engaging with guests
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or missing items to your manager promptly
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
• Keep work spaces and cleaning equipment in good condition
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication skills when interacting with guests
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift
