RV Park & Cabins Camp Host –

Responsibilities- Serve as an ambassador for the RV Park and Cabins, visiting sites and cabins to provide information, policy updates, and guest service.
- Ensure camp sites are approachable and inviting to guests.
- Assist with guest departure and arrival site inspections.
- Assist the grounds team with daily trash and recycling takeout.
- Coordinate firewood, ice, and propane deliveries/service to guest sites; maintain stock levels at the RV office.
- Collaborate with the Grounds Manager on upkeep of “Tot Lot” and Dog Park.
- Inspect bathhouses and laundry rooms for cleanliness; coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk teams.
- Resolve guest concerns tactfully and promptly.
- Drive the property to enforce RV Park & Cabins rules, quiet hours, and ensure non‑guests do not use facilities.
- Enforce proper food storage for bear safety.
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Complete additional duties as assigned and offer assistance to guests and teammates.
- Adapt to a variety of job duties as a utility player.
- Preferred: prior camp host experience.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication with management.
- Experience with public speaking preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and courteous in all interactions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guests.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and high‑quality cleaning & sanitizing standards.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Kind, supportive, and proactive in contributing ideas and solutions.
Compensation
: starting wage $17.25 per hour.
