Core Extended Season Housekeeper (H2B - IN COUNTRY)
Housekeepers/Room Attendants hold the key to creating a restful and relaxing stay for our guests. They have the essential role of making sure every room is clean and sanitized for guests to recharge after their adventures.
Responsibilities- General tidying, dusting, and vacuuming of guest rooms
- Replacing linens and making beds
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Attending to any housekeeping requests from guests
- Working individually or as a pair
- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces
- Thorough and timely cleaning
- Assisting with cleaning the public areas, washrooms, and elevators, when required
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous housekeeping / housekeeper experience an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Good physical condition
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work without supervision
- Determined to accomplish tasks on time with a high standard of quality
- Team player

- Organization and time management skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position!
- Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
- Guest service‑oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
- Mature, energetic, dependable and self‑motivated
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and capable of manual duties (bend, stoop, squat and stretch), required
- Able to perform assigned duties with a high level of attention to detail, speed, consistency, follow through and under minimal supervision
- Strong team play, organization and communication skills
- Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
- Current Alberta Pro Serve Certification (Required)
