Health & Wellness - Fitness AttendantYellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Fitness Attendant for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment months are June - September.
The purpose of the Fitness Attendant is to assist with knowledge about the equipment, fulfill beverage orders, sign up Members and guests for classes and other work as Health and Wellness Manager assigns.
Major Responsibilities- Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

- Initiate interaction with Members, guests, and prospective Members to obtain and disperse information.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, events, and greater area activities.
- Enter charges for services rendered and create client profiles using a club and resort management system.
- Answer Member, guest, prospect, and interdepartmental inquiries by telephone, fax, email and mail.
- Route inquiries to the proper department in a timely manner.
- Keep detailed records of Member preferences and requests.
- Properly open and close Camphouse each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide detailed descriptions of Camphouse Fitness Center facility, machinery, fitness events and lessons to Members and guests.
- Seek most efficient manner in which to meet Member expectations.
- Fulfill beverage orders.
- Actively promote the facility, lessons, services, sessions and retail.
- Keep facility clean, amenities stocked.
- Assist in all areas of Camphouse as directed by supervisor or manager.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
