• Help prepare lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and a variety of other buildings for opening.
• Be responsible for a variety of general maintenance and repair, and other improvements to buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Handle trash removal and hauling for disposal.
• Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.

• Work‑ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
• 2‑3 years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team.
• Committed to Safety First.
• Organized with a great eye for detail.
• Kind to others and always brings your best.
• Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.

The starting wage for this role is $27.00/hour.
