Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Banquet Manager at Paws Up Montana, located in Bonner, MT. The Banquet Manager will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional events. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, supervising food and beverage services, managing staff hiring and training, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining operational standards.

Collaboration with the events and culinary teams is essential to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional events. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, supervise food & beverage services, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain operational standards while providing excellent service.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in customer service with a strong focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Experience in food & beverage service, including event planning and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing event requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or event management is an asset
