Montage International in Big Sky, MT seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest reception, reservations and concierge operations, partnering with the Director of Front Office to manage day-to-day service quality, profitability and staffing in a luxury hotel environment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in customer service with 2-3 years in hotel supervision; proficiency in Opera, Outlook and MS Office is preferred. Experience with Birch street, HotSOS and Rex is a plus.
