You will train staff, manage retention, and uphold service and quality standards while assisting in menu development and pricing to meet guest needs and maximize profitability. Lead a diverse team in a fast-paced setting, ensure sanitation and safety, manage schedules and inventory, control cash handling and POS operations, and enforce liquor regulations and safety protocols.
