- Guide resolution of employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Degree in Human Resources, related field, or comparable experience.
- Proven HR management success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Empathy, tact, and strong listening skills when working with employees.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Full‑time, day shift
