Role Description

Nordex North America is seeking a full-time Wind Site Manager for its site in Ethridge, Montana. The Wind Site Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the wind farm, leading the on-site team to ensure safety compliance, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities on wind turbines. The role includes scheduling work assignments, maintaining operational efficiency, overseeing site performance, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve optimal energy production.

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
  • Experience with overseeing Medical or Medicine-related operations, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Research and Medical Affairs for managing health and safety-related aspects in an industrial or operational setting.
  • Strong background in Training team members and implementing procedures for on-site operations.
  • Analytical skills and expertise in Research, particularly regarding data analysis and problem-solving in technical environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing renewable energy projects, especially wind energy, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is advantageous.
