Operate and manage program to provide quality and effective interim and post victim assistance and services that meet the needs of victims of person crimes or the threat thereof; manage and coordinate tribal, federal and or state services to victims of personal crimes and their families; maintain confidentiality. Advocate for the victims. Prepare and monitor annual operational plans and budgets; seek and apply for grant funding for the program.
Provide leadership, supervision and staff development, planning, evaluation, directing, monitoring and teamwork.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or relatable field, 5 yrs. Work experience and direct services with people in crisis, experience in supervisory capacity and administrative management; or an acceptable combination of education and skills. Acceptable standards of conduct, integrity, judgment and ethics; ability to make objective decisions. Must be 21 yrs. of age or older; no felony or misdemeanor convictions within past 3 yrs.
to include no violations of tribal law; valid Oregon driver's license and insurance.
