Job Title: Yard Forklift Operator 2 2nd Shift

Yard Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly
- This a full-time permanent position. Benefits after 60 days. 40 Vacation after 90 days.
- Hours 4:00pm-1:00am January-May Some Saturdays
- Hours 4:00pm-3:00am June-December season 6 days a week

PositionPurpose Summary
A Forklift Operator 2 unloads incoming loads of vegetables and loads them into the outdoor hoppers.
PrincipalJob Responsibilities
- Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Unloading incoming loads of raw products onto designated storage space
- Loading raw products into the outdoor hoppers
- Work with scale house to ensure proper products are stored and loaded

Required Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Broad knowledge and experience in forklift/loader operations
- Above average skills in attendance
- Excellent skills in safety
- General knowledge of yard operations
- CDL drivers license
- Years of experience: 1-6 months
- Specialized training in forklift operations and safety; forklift license
- Other: ability to push raw product piles with loader
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, bend, walk, push/pull
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to variable temperatures of both heat and cold; exposure to wet and snow.
