We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Experienced Travel ER Charge Nurse (RN) on the night shift. Opportunity to lead in a Critical Access Hospital setting. • OT Rate/Multiplier: 1.5x regular rate

• Current RN license (MT or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA) required
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience preferred
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment a plus

• Serve as Charge Nurse overseeing ER staff during night shifts
• Triage, assess, and provide direct care to ER and swing/intermediate patients
• Respond to critical emergencies and stabilize patients for transfer if needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication with providers and leadership
• Support team members and maintain safe, efficient unit operations
