Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a contract opportunity in Glasgow, Montana. Position OverviewAs an OR RN, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and patient-focused care during all phases of surgery. From pre-op to intra-op and post-op support, your role is essential to ensuring positive outcomes and smooth surgical experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
Document accurately and communicate effectively with the surgical team
Qualifications:Active Montana RN license (or willingness to obtain)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR nursing experience required
Knowledge of surgical procedures, safety protocols, and sterile techniques
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with confidence
