Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery | Glasgow, MT
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in Glasgow, Montana
. This role provides the opportunity to support mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Location: Glasgow, MT
Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D)
RequirementsActive RN License (Montana or Compact Multi-State)
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
Minimum of 1–2 years of recent L&D experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care and monitoring for laboring patients
Assist with deliveries and immediate postpartum care
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, responding quickly to changes
Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and care teams
Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal care standards
