Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Pay Range: $29.20–$43.50/hr (DOE)

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers compassionate, person‑centered care to elderly and acutely ill residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You’ll use your clinical skills and communication abilities to promote recovery, comfort, and well‑being while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Active LPN license (Montana or Compact State)
  • CPR certification required
  • Additional certifications preferred in:
    Long‑Term Care, Gerontology, Wound Care, IV Therapy, Ventilator/Pulmonary/Tracheostomy Care, or Hospice & Palliative Care
  • 6+ months of long‑term care experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on nursing care within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings promptly
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation
  • Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement
